Wow, talk about die die again…. Don’t know if I should call him an idiot or give him my respect.
In all fairness, likely the latter, given he’s relatively unlearned and young… yet to gain the wisdom worth calling him out for missing the mark. Then, there might be the simple issue of to much to soon. Comics do make time frames difficult to judge after all. Here’s to hoping he’s learned to channel his emotions better since this point, or that Elizabeth will beat it into his head… one of the two.
This page actually seems to answer a question I had for a while. We can see seven emotions during the suppression, and as has been said before, there is seven elements of creation. Thus it is likely these are the seven primary emotions controlling Anthrax’ usage of the elements. It has already been confirmed that anger is fire, sadness is water and fear is darkness. The top left emotion seems to be dominance, which was implied to be earth. This leaves happiness as the most likely candidate for light, surprise for thunder (He is *shocked*), and what seems to be disgust for wind.

Hoping for the latter since she brushes against the things he’s learned against otherwise.
